The analysis showed the formula contained 11.534mg/g total CBD and 0.388mg/g total THC. This is a full spectrum CBD product. So it’s not unexpected for there to be trace amounts of THC. This amount is well under the 0.3% legal limit. The topical stick is 56g (2oz) which means this batch offers almost 646mg of CBD per stick. A variety of terpenes, such as Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene, were also present.

Receptra Naturals Targeted Topical Stick is a convenient and portable solid stick CBD balm. The stick format makes it easy to apply this soothing formula to the skin. Just rub on the affected area and then use your fingers to massage in. A thin layer evenly rubs off as you rub the topical against your skin. It doesn’t break off into chunks or pieces. A little goes a long way. I suggest you start with about half of the amount you think you would need, then add more as needed.
I really liked how the Targeted Topical Stick smells. While scented with jasmine and ylang-ylang, the stick doesn’t smell too floral or perfumy. There isn’t any grassy or herbal smell. I thought the Targeted Topical Stick smelled almost like fresh cotton or clean linen-type scents. The formula does smell stronger in the tube than when you apply. The scent fades away a few minutes after rubbing it into your skin.
I did notice that the camphor scent was more noticeable when rubbing it into sore muscles compared to using it as a moisturizer. I suspect this is due to whether you’re generating heat as you rub it into your skin.
Our testers noticed an immediate soothing effect with the Serious Relief Targeted Topical Stick when used on sore muscles. A few minutes after applying the stick to sore shoulders and neck, one tester noticed his muscles starting to relax, and feel more comfortable. It took away any noticeable soreness until it had faded away.
In addition, the mango butter and jojoba oil left the skin feeling very smooth and soft. Another great use for Receptra’s Targeted Topical Stick is for dry skin. Just rub across your hands and massage in. I noticed immediate relief for my dry hands and my skin looked more even-toned. The moisture it provided was long-lasting and non-greasy.
